schülke pledge commitment to Bridge2aid

Infection control specialists, schülke are proud to announce their Bridge2Aid 2009 support plans.

"As market leaders in the infection control market, it only seemed right that we use our skills and resources to help the excellent work that the foundation does in Tanzania and its surrounding areas", said schülke Marketing Manager, Richard Musgrave.

"We got involved with Ian Wilson (Chief Executive) and the charity last year by funding the training of two dental nurses. This year, we've got the whole UK team behind our plans by way of fundraising events, including tandem parachute jumps, sponsored runs, etc

This year will also see us commit further funds to help the foundation continue via a nationwide dental dealer promotion. Throughout May and June, schülke will donate 2p for every product sold. We hope to generate a further £2500.00 for the charity to investment in training, equipment and further resources in the Tanzania and particularly, Bukumbi, where the charity has a care centre.

Having seen what a difference, just giving a little of our time up can achieve, schülke will be sending a team out to Bukumbi in Tanzania in June 2010 to help with their ongoing work which could include anything from cleaning, decorating, building projects to helping the Bridge2aid team within the local community groups.
